Home Depot did a good job.

It was an ongoing thing and they just finished it because when they first installed it, the product was defective. The whole thing bubbled up, but they worked with us and we went through a whole lot of back and forth because no one was communicating between the store and the installers, but we finally got it finished. It is done and it is okay now. They installed the floor, and when they got to the end, they realized that the box had chunks of flooring missing from it, so they told me they would have to reschedule because they couldn't finish it. In between that, the whole floor buckled up and so they had to change that from a whole redo and someone didn't tell the installers that it was a whole redo, so one fellow shows up, he thinks he is just finishing the one end that was defective, so we had to reschedule it. It was a pain in the neck until it was completed but now it looks great, and nothing has happened so far. So we started in December and they just finished about three weeks ago but they did make it right for us in the end. Home Depot has a third party that did the installations and the communication between Home Depot and the installers were lacking. They did what it took to make it right and it was a good price. In the end, I liked it but at first, I didn't. When the installers had to come out the first time, they didn't even call, and we had to call but that was one time and after that, they were okay.
