John Grimm and his father showed up on time to make the quotation which was finished on site in well under an hour. Work was then contracted and John again showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Of note was John's friendly demeanor - he is a real easy going guy - and his overall professionalism, - from his appearance to the quality of the work done. How tough can cleaning windows be, right? Well if you are at my house they can be pretty darn tough! Several very high windows working off of ladders inside and out. We had just finished a big addition on the house so there was a lot of dirt, overspray and even some plastic still on some windows. There was also a lot of Carpenter Bee feces on several of the windows (I'll review my exterminator as well). John showed up, busted out the job without delay - but not rushed either. He works with his father who is a real nice guy too and they make a good team. Would I recommend them? Sure would! In fact, they are coming back to do some touch up after the Carpenter Bees came back...
Could I have found someone cheaper? Maybe. Could I have found someone any more professional? Probably not.
Just one more note. After working with many contractors in regards to my recent addition it is refreshing to contract work from someone so well spoken, amicable, clean cut and professional.

e. John called me the next day--he said they were busy and they could come the following week and give me an estimate--he said I didn't have to be home. He came the following Wednesday and left the estimate. I called and told him if we like his work could he clean my windows every 3 months--he said "yes and reduced the price from $50.00 to $40.00". He said he'd be able to wash the windows on Monday 7/29/13. He came about 4 P.M. and did a beautiful job--the windows really sparkle! We're very happy and will see him in 3 months!

Came quickly to give an estimate. Fit our house into their schedule in a short period of time. Showed up when expected and did a very professional job!
