Went out of there way to help us move and made it a pleasurable experience

There are several places in the western PA area you can go for lumber/wood.

We chose Falls City Lumber based on their proposed time it would take for the order to arrive. This was a big deal because we were already working on a home improvement that now required an extra step and thus requiring more supplies.

After placing a call to Falls City Lumber, we expressed to Gene the urgency in needing the remaining wood and he assured us the wood would arrive no later than noon the following day. Aside from going to another supplier in Ohio, this was the best move provided by the information Gene gave us.

Noon time the next day came and went with no wood. The wood finally arrived at Falls City Lumber they claim at 4:00pm, then gave us a very difficult time when we went to pick it up because it was after business hours, pushing us, rushing us, and calling our phone every ten minutes to see where we were because they 'wanted to go home'. We wanted the wood at the promised time, no later than noon.

Next time, I'll go somewhere that stocks what I need and doesn't feel like giving me the run around on time it will take to receive.
