Gerard plumbing told me I needed an entirely new tub and surround to fix a leak around the base of the tub. Aquatec removed old caulk and re-caulked. No leak!!! Also had them clean out all 4 drains in my house and install a new faucet for my basement laundry tubs.

There was a problem with a part that couldn't be replaced resulting in a less than stellar final appearance of my sink. It wasn't the fault of the plumber & he did try to remedy the situation. nothing I cant live with. There was another issue with the electric which added time, but no extra charge. Plumber was friendly, professional & work was well done. Price was not as high as expected. Would definitely recommend.

They called to say they were running late on a previous job which I appreciated. That is true customer service and honesty. They couldn't unclog totally so didn't charge for full service. Also fixed a water pipe we asked about spur of the moment. Last but not least, they cleaned up what mess they made!! Definitely will contact them for other plumbing work in my home. Thanks Aquatec!!
