Well after trying the service out for 2 months, my sister and I did a better job catching mice with the glue traps months earlier then what the guys put down. So maybe this isn't their fault, that's fine, but what happened next was inexcusable. I called Chris to speak with him on how my family wasn't happy with the service. He had a set appointment to go to my elderly grandmothers apt to check the traps. He didn't show. I called him and left a message to see what happened. There was no call to say he needed to reschedule or he was going to be late. At this point I'm not happy with his customer service. What happened next I felt like I was in a movie. He called me back that same day about eight hours later. He said him and his crew got caught up in another job. Ok I understand but I asked why he didn't call to reschedule and he didn't have a good answer. So I told him that I wanted to cancel my grandmothers service because we weren't getting results. He got agitated with me and started asking a lot of questions. I told him the mice were still around and they weren't going away and continue to eat her food. He starts getting louder with me on the phone. So loud I had to leave my place of business and go outside because my customers could hear him. By this time I calmly tell him he's being rude and I run a business and I would never talk to a customer the way he was talking to me. After going around and around he then agrees that he'll cancel my grandmothers service but now he wants to cut her service off by weeks. She paid for a whole month!!! I called him out on it telling him he's trying to rip her off and he couldn't understand me and started screaming and threatening to take me to the magistrate over a very small amount bill. He finally saw reason and let the service run out until the end of the month. This young man has no idea how to run a business and how to professionally talk with customers that aren't satisfied.
