Mortgage Companies
I am stuck within the current mortgage as I would have to pay a penalty if I make any changes within first 3 years of signing. The loan officer made sure I understood the qualifications and gave me detailed information. The cost is based on my monthly payment which includes escrow. I do not intend to use the company again as I want to make certain I am able to lock in at a fixed rate.
