I had an excellent experience with Mark. He came out to do an estimate and suggested a more economical way to deal with the pet stains in the existing hardwood floors.  I received the estimate promptly, the price was right and we scheduled the work. Mark and his crew were prompt, touched up the paint the sanding equipment damaged on the radiator covers and left the site neat and clean. I am very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Alexander Hardwood Floors to anyone - Mark and his crew are top notch professionals.

Alexanders was very prompt and professional.  The work was completed on time and for a very reasonable price.  We are very happy with our refinished floors.

They did a good job on our floors and were flexible in their scheduling.  They are sometimes hard to get a hold of, we had to call them twice (they returned our first call a week after we had already gotten our estimate, asking us what they could do for us!).  They are good at what they do, and are a major refinisher of hardwood floors in Beaver County.  I was in the car with one of the owners (going to a potential second job we had for them) and he pointed to house after house after house they had done floors in. It may have been better than 50/50 on one block.

Mark and his brother, Dan, were awesome to do business with. They really did a nice job and finish on time. I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks guys for all your hard work!
