I have always been satisfied with Bills work.

This is the BEST housecleaner I have ever had over 30 years of hiring both individuals and service companies to clean for me. Bill is very professional in his approach to his cleaning service. He is trustworthy, punctual, very reliable and dependable. He is personable, polite and considerate. But best of all, on top of that, his cleaning is absolutely TOP notch and detailed! In the past, I have had to let cleaners go because they would often clean well for the first couple of times but things would start to get very inconsistent and things would get skipped or just wiped, not cleaned. With Mr. Kwolek, the cleaning is the same great, thorough job each and every time. Even my husband notices how clean things are! Bill arrives on time and gets started right away. Starts on the top floor and works his way down. He cleans everything the way I would clean it myself. I have not once found that he missed cleaning under an item or just wiped a floor instead of actually cleaning it. He has told me to let him know if he misses anything or if something isn't to my liking but I've never had to do that even once. To the contrary, I want to thank him for doing such a great job each and every time.
For anyone reading this who may be reluctant to have a man in their home cleaning- please let me put your mind to rest. Bill is bonded and insured and conducts his cleaning with true professionalism as it is how he makes his living. So he takes his client's satisfaction to heart and it shows in his work product. Because of that, he is quite busy but well worth getting onto his calendar if you can fill one of his openings ... If you do- consider yourself one of the really,lucky ones to have him care for your home !! If I could rate him A++++, I would!!

I did not put a price in because it would not be relevant since every housecleaning job has different variables such as number of people using the home, pets or no pets, number of nicknacks/ dusting items, etc. I can tell you that his price is more than fair as I have paid more for far inferior cleaning. Bill charges by the job, not the hour, so he works until everything has been cleaned!
