+ -1 moreWe got hit with a strong winter storm starting Tuesday February 13th and lasting right through Valentine's Day. The storm included snow, ice, and sleet, and the road crews decided to only plow the main thoroughfares, making many of the secondary roads virtually impassable. I was concerned that my flowers wouldn't be delivered, but to my amazement Phoebe's delivery driver was able to make the scheduled delivery. And the flowers were beautiful! Kudos!
Description of Work: I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's Day, 2006.
