Very friendly. Very professional.

The vet was very caring, professional and listened to my concerns over my dog as I told her of my new cancer lumps that I discovered since our prior visit.  As my dog was being examined the vet pointed out other lumps.  The vet listened as I told her my feelings and what I have seen before I made the decision that it was in my dog's best interest to be put to sleep.  The vet said good-bye to my dog which was very touching to me.   The vet explained the process and walked me through it as I held my dog and said good-bye to her.
The staff was very understanding and gave us all the time we needed in the room.

I have been using them for about six years.  I found them through recommendations.  They are very responsive and do a really good job.  Their staff and office environment are very professional.

There's a bunch of them, I'm fine with them. There's not just one particular vet. Whoever's available, I take.

Their pricing was fair. We love them. The doctor is awesome. They care about the dog. They are smart. They are good people and they care about the dog more than themselves. The wait time was short.

My dog is still alive and so I guess they are okay. Their wait time is 20 to 30 minutes. I think their price is high. I don't have a lot of experience with them.

He is so gentle. He has been in practice for a long time and he really knows animals. I had a cat that was terrified of strangers and would scream all the way to the vet and scream in the waiting room. When Dr. Witiak would come into the exam room, she would just quiet down and purr and cuddle up. He is very wise about animals. He is available by phone day or night and he will get back to me. I've been using him for 20 years. I haven't compared their prices. I will absolutely continue to use them. He is so loved and trusted. He has written several books.

I used them for the last 6 1/2 years. They are the loveliest people. Dr. Whitaker is unbelievable. I wish he could be a person's doctor. I would use them again if I had another dog.

Overall, no complaints. When we first arrived, the front office personnel were very friendly and affectionate towards my puppy (then again, who isn't with an 8 week old golden retriever). They held and played with him while I filled out the paper work and passed him around, among one another coo-ing and ahhh-ing. He (the dog) was definitely the hit. So, in that respect they were great. They did seem slightly confused with a couple of questions I had; so I told them to never mind and would speak with the vet about things. We were ushered into the examine room at about 4:15 (4:00 appointment) and spoke breifly with the vet assistant about the dog's age, shots, etc. The vet (Dr. Schindler) then came in about 2 minutes later to begin the exam. He looked over the dog as much as I was expecting for a new puppy to be examined, which was moderate (eyes, ears, paws, g*****, heart/lung sounds, etc). He then explained my new dog's vaccination schedule and health concerns. He was very thorough in his explanations and made it simple for me. Friendly demeanor and seemed to have a good bit of personal and professional experience. Answered all my new puppy questions honestly and clearly. I'm not sure about the charges for the visit in comparison to other vets; but it was $48 for the 1.0 hr of "wellness exam level one" and $18 for new puppy packet which included his first month's heartworm dose and flea/tick medicine. Good experiences so far, we will be gong back in the future.

Nice practice and we felt good after moving from another state,

During my vacation my care giver needed to take a dog in for a limp. The Dr. spoke with me via cell phone during the exam. That was the 2nd time they could have done (and charged me for) xrays and didn't. I appreciated their honesty.

Everything went well except I think their prices are higher than average and they charge for services I would think should be included in a $500+ visit such as writing a prescription. They have medication there but the cost is 3 x the amount over the internet so to request a written script, they charge an additional $5.00.

They're good vets, but I was surprised by the quote for the teeth cleaning. But, my cats are very healthy overall, so they must be doing a good job.

We have been to four other vets within recent months and these people seem to be nice and professional, so we will continue with them for now on.
