They were very professional and got our leak fixed on budget! They are the only glass company I will use.

After needing to do a reschedule, they worked with me and came out in a short time frame and did the work. The quality of work is excellent and they clean up. Very friendly and very courteous. I definitely recommend them and would do business with them again.

Fixed my passenger window on my Rav4. He had replaced it the year before but it had fallen off the bracket. He drove to my house and fixed it at no cost. It has been perfect since.

I was very happy with the service I received from this company. When I called to get an estimate to repair my windshield, the woman I spoke to was very friendly(I am so sorry I can't remember her name. She is one of the owners of this business). When she asked me how I chose them for this service, I told her I found them on Angie's List and I chose them based upon the review I had read on Angie's List. She was thrilled!
I had my windshield replaced on my car the next day. Earl, the owner, and one of his employees, arrived when they said they would and they were so friendly. They were also very fast and efficient. This process took much less time than I was told it would by other vendors I had called. When I tried to tip Earl, he wouldn't take the money, so I gave it to his employee. I had a difficult time getting him to take the money, but after much begging, he accepted. All in all, my experience with Ideal Glass was and quot;idealand quot;.

Last year some vandals smashed my car window. I called Ideal Glass and spoke with the owner's wife who set up an appointment to come out to my home and replace the window. He was there on time and within the hour all was repaired at a very decent price I thought (especially considering my auto ins deductible would have been twice the amount). Today I needed to call them again. The window they replaced seemed to be off the bracket and would not return all the way up. He came out again to my home and found that a clip that the window manufacturer had glued to the window had fallen off. He fixed it completely and did not charge me a thing. He said it wasn't my fault but I also said it wasn't his either! He took responsibility completely and wouldn't even take a tip. He does very clean work and fast too. I would recommend him to ANYONE. It's rare to find someone with such a work ethic.
