The contractor over charged me by about 25%. The work was not accomplished in a timely fashion. It took him three months to complete the work once he started it. He charged me 50% before he got started. Then told me he could not get the color material we had chosen. He removed all the metal from my house and left for three months. He made many excuses for not returning. When he did return, he did a very poor job over all. He was required to repair some rotten roof joists but never repaired them. He conducted an unsatisfactory repair. The fascia in the back of the house was peaced together with small peaces one, six inches long. The gutters were sub standard thickness and not hung level. The fascia on the front eve was to be replaced perpendicular to the ground and it was not done correctly. Hangers were used which pitched the gutters at about a 15 degree angle causing them not to hang correctly. The cost to repair his screw ups will be about $1500.
Description of Work: The contractor removed and replaced the fascia, soffit and gutters on my home.
