In 2001 they installed cabinets and counter top in our kitchen. Great workmanship and delivered and installed on schedule. Over the years, several doors were damaged and we had them remake those doors last fall. They still had our original plan on file and were able to remake the doors quickly and at a reasonable cost. Stain match was perfect.

For the kitchen design/cabinet process we made a rather extensive evaluation of other designers/manufacturers from the Lehigh Valley and another who worked in Stone Harbor/Avalon, NJ.   We knew that our kitchen was large and that we had several particular design features that were important to us.  We had quotes from a mix of designers that would have procured cabinets from distant manufacturing locations and two other local manufacturers with their own show rooms.  It was Kyle's personal commitment that swayed our decision.  Not only did he personally show us all of his features with his displays but he also added other features and details as a result of our discussions.  He not only sold us - but he also put in the details to the design coupled with the specific knowledge how and what his folks would do.   Inside his showroom is an unbelievable amount of examples and features to see and review.
From a price standpoint, Blue Mountain was very competitive.  We have more features and items that Kyle was able to add, some even without additional cost.  He was very open and frank, telling us when and how some aspects were more costly and when they were not!  We were able to get better quality cabinets and workmanship for less than what everyone else wanted.
Our contractor did perform the bulk of the installation as it was part of our contract but Kyle was readily available to answer questions.  The local aspect of Blue Mountain?s facility was really nice.
When it came time to the manufacturing, Kyle was open and creative in working with our contractor for scheduling.  What also very nice was that towards the end I was able to walk into the Blue Mountain shop with Kyle and see our cabinets in process.  As always with any project - we had a few - after order changes - but it was no problem for Kyle to address.  
Working with Kyle and his wife, Heather, was a real pleasure.  A very nice aspect in working with them was their positive attitude and they were able to answer all of our questions in a timely manner.  If anyone is considering getting new custom cabinets, they should definitely consider Blue Mountain.  We highly recommend them!

Provided in-home measurement service.  Delay in delivery of custom cabinet - but, overall good quality and service.

Extremely satisfied from start to finish. Worked closely with Patti in the design of each area. She provided excellent suggestions and we were very happy with the final layout. The installation went very well and Kyle & his crew were responsive to the misc follow up items. Pricing for these custom designed cabinets were very competitive with alternate bid from another supplier.
