Furniture Refinishing
Dave was there for a total of 3 hours and now my couch is better than from the factory. As this problem was a manufacturing defect I will be contacting them to request reimbursement. I would highly recommend Dave on-site upholstery. He was prompt, efficient and courteous.

Furniture Refinishing
When Dave came to my home for Lane furniture to evaluate a recliner for warranty work, I showed him our Ethan Allen club chair .
Even though it's 10 yrs old, it's still in very good condition, except for the twisted piece of hidden framework that left the springs unsupported & the cushion sunk in the back. He flipped the chair over & evaluated the problem. With that he gave me a reasonable repair charge. Soon after I called & made the appointment.
Dave showed up on time & went right to work. He opened the upholstery and repaired the frame. It was evident the initial problem was due to poor construction methods. Yes, even with Ethan Allen! He re-supported the frame with brackets and screws. He then reattached the upholstery and we can once again use it!
The bill was the same as the estimate. Nice job Dave!!
