window cleaning
+ -1 moreWe are so grateful to Chauncy - he was truly a kind man and was not arrogant like some of the other people that came in to give us estimates. You are not making a mistake if you choose him to clean the exterior of your home.
Description of Work: Chauncy came to our home and gave us a price for doing only the outside of the windows and both inside and outside. He also power washed our siding AND gutter cleaning. He gave us a price for all of this and was up front and honest about his pricing. He gutter cleaned first and then performed the powerwashing and window cleaning - his partner did the inside while he was outside, in the cold and wind and we have well over 25 windows in our home. He was professional, kind and efficient. Gutter cleaning took about 1/2 hr and then he came back to do the rest of the power washing and window cleaning which included cleaning screens and replacing them - 5 hrs total. He was precise, and cleaned each window 2x to insure no streaks - I swear the house was visibly lighter when he was done.
