BURNZY'S AUTOMOTIVE SVC

Perfect and on time.

My car broke down on Rt. 80 heading to work. I had AAA tow me to Burnzy's as I had used their services before. Of course they offered to fix it but, since I obviously had no way to get home from their shop, THEY GAVE ME A RIDE! Talk about above and beyond. Fair prices, great work, friendly place. I highly recommend them.

The next morning, as promised, I got a call from Burnzy's that the tire was there and I was on the road again on in good time.
Could I have gotten estimates myself ? Yes, but I would still have had to drive somewhere to have a new tire mounted on the rim and my car. My car also has the tire-pressure sensor system, so putting on a new tire is a little more complicated than losening and tightening the lug nuts. Since the guys at Burnzy's were so helpful and professional, I felt that it was worth a little extra to have them do the work. I wasn't charged for the initial mounting of the compact spare, so $186 (including labor), didn't seem too bad.

I've been searching for an auto repair place for years that wouldn't rip me off or provide shoddy service. I took my wife and daughters cars to Burnzy's over the last month or so for inspections. My wife needed tires to pass and my daughter needed some welding work done (frame cracked). Both times they were on time and at or below estimate.
I then took my car for a front end problem to Burnzy's last week. I had spent over $900.00 a few months ago at STS Auto for the same problem and had all struts replaced but the vibration problem remained. It is doubtfull STS even took my car for a test drive after replacing the struts. Burnzy's found the tie-rod issue and replaced it in a few hours, and was right on with their estimate. They also told me I needed new tires but didn't pressure me to buy them there. They understand that if they treat me right, I'll be back. The other local service stations just want my money (way overpriced) and don't care if I return.

He is probably the most honest mechanic I have ever had. I feel he is very truthful; he is good at giving me options for repairs and I don't think he is trying to sell me a bill of goods. I have been using him for a number of years and have referred him to people. I will use him again in the future.
