TO THE FINISH

Karen worked to find an initial appointment time that worked well for us. She arrived promptly and did a careful, detailed inspection of the work. She submitted a proposal in less than a week and came in at 1/2 the price of the other bids. She submitted two different samples of the finish she was proposing and worked with us to tweak them to perfection. As for actually doing the work, again she worked with us to find times that were convenient. She arrived promptly and did outstanding work. Since the oil paint had a strong odor, she worked into the evenings up to 10 at night so as not to affect our employees or customers during the day. She finished the work in record time, and there wasn't a single spec of paint on our hardwood floors, rugs, or new carpets. Even during her work week, she was so tidy we could hardly tell she was there. Everyone that interacted with her commented on how friendly and professional she was. Her workmanship was simply excellent!
