Tolino's Fuel Services Inc

We’ve used Tolinos for oil for many years. They have always been very pleasant and helpful. Delivery is prompt and drivers are professtional.

We called Tolino's because we ran out of home heating oil and did a search online for emergency fuel and their name came up. It's a Saturday and it was after their regular businesses hours so we weren't sure what kind of service we could or would get. We were instructed via their messaging system to leave a voicemail and that someone would get back to us. 
Within about 20 minutes we received a call from a representative of the company and then within 40 minutes he had the driver call us to set up delivery. The whole process took under 2 hours on a Saturday evening. I am so impressed and grateful that we did not have to be cold in this frigid weather and that there is a company that knows the meaning and value of true customer service!!!
Just a side note: we had scheduled a delivery with a different company during the week prior and it was supposed to be delivered the day before but they never showed up. When we called them they weren't interested in coming that day or possibly not even for a couple of days even though I had told them that we had just run out of oil. 

Tolino's Fuel Services Inc deliver on time without any delays or problems. Their prices are high but we don't have any problems with them. They came at the time they said they would.
