Eagle Inspections is the best home inspection service anyone could contract to do a home inspection. Fred really knows his stuff and shares all the details and his thoughts as he goes through the home. I've been through home inspections before where, at the end of it, you get a short summary of findings and it's not all that helpful. Fred's report, on the other hand, was more than 100 pages in length with color photos and detailed commentary on the issues and recommendations on how urgently each needs to be addressed. Fred also has a knack for detecting his clients' level of understanding and speaks to them at that level. He doesn't dilute the details if you're capable of understanding them, and if you're not, he's able to explain the situation in layman's terms. He's also very willing to field follow-up questions and engage in discussion after the fact. He earns every penny of his fee. I give Fred and Eagle Inpections my highest recommendation.
