I had to keep calling them to see when they schedule a appointment after I paid them a deposit. They finally came out and installed my carpets. I was very disappointed. I would not use them again. Their work was very sloppy work,and now the carpet keeps coming up. I called them to fix it and they haven't called me back. They have poor customer service. They are miserable to deal with.
