Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
The experience was terrible. I had to go to the attorney general in the end. They went after the company for me so that the work would get done. I have a friend whose kitchen is still torn up from 2 years ago when they were supposed to remodel it. My bathroom was a mess, I had to go to the local tavern just to go to the bathroom. The attorney general gave them a dealine to have the work finished. They came back with bad attitudes, but did complete the work.

General Remodeling
I have wires hanging in my house. They tore my bathroom down and the plumbing is a mess. The workers kept promissing to order the supplies and and come out. They started projects and them left incomplete throughout the house. They left all of their trash and debris in my back yard when they left. They never got permits for any of the work they were supposed to do. The appliances only worked for a week and then they stopped.

General Remodeling
They keep giving me excuses and haven't finished the work. It's always one thing or another with them, and I'm tired of getting the runaround. They keep asking for more money, and I just want them to finish the work. They started in April and now we're getting ready to go into August. At this point I wouldn't hire them again or recommend them to others.

"There were two phases of their job the first one was completed in the correct time frame. The bathroom was held up because the tub they picked out was not in stock 4-6 weeks. When that came in the tile they picked was 2-3 weeks to get in. So that is the reason the job has not been completed. As for asking for money they requested extra work that was not on the contract."
