They were prompt from the first estimate visit to the final check. Luis was easy to work with and provided explanations and options at various steps. The floors look great.

Luis and his brother did a great job. The floor looks great. Luis was very quick to return our initial inquiry, fit us in within a few days, and did the job efficiently. He also was careful to protect our existing floors while doing the work, which I appreciated. It was exactly the kind of experience one hopes to have with a contractor or subcontractor.
