We've had excellent service from them. I have no complaints with them at all. First of all they were very timely. They were very pleasant. They were positive. The price was comparable and the service was good. They were very professional. They had respect for my home. They made sure they wiped their feet and washed their hands after the job. It was just a positive experience all around.

I walked into my living room to find water dripping from the ceiling. Called Precision Plus and told them my toilet was leaking. Their plumber, Derrick, arrived within two hours. My toilet was fine, the plumbing under the sink was the problem.

The repairman called us immediately from the road to let us know exactly where he was and how long he would take to get to our house. When he arrived he was very courteous and professional and explained exactly what the problem was and all of the options available for fixing it. He was willing to work with our warranty company to ensure we got the best service. He was willing to perform his work regardless of the fact that it was after 10:30pm.

I have used them numerous times in the past and had two different technicians come out. They put booties on their feet when they come in so they don’t dirty my home; which shows respect for my house, which I keep neat and orderly, although not pristine. They are not chatty; they do the job and get moving; they get in your house and get out of your house. They let you know ahead of time before they touch anything once they have evaluated the problem. They have a list of charges for whatever so they can’t enhance or diminish the cost. They guarantee anything they do. They also clean up after themselves and bring their stuff to clean up afterwards. They are respectful and are on time; they call before they arrive or let me know if they are running late. They show you the book with their charges so you cannot be unclear about what they are charging. Their prices are a little higher than standard but you get what you pay for.

He was in a rush to do the service, because he said had other jobs to do. His services were okay. He was only here about 5 minutes.
The bill was not broken down into parts and labor and exactly what was done. I cannot see where the $49 was applied.
I had expected the total cost of the service to be under $100. Initially, the bill he gave is was $327.00. The bill was very confusing.

Response from Precision Plus Plumbing
"To whom it concerns: Every customer is told on the incoming call that we have a small service fee of $49.00 to send a licensed plumbing technician, and our warehouse on wheels to their home. If they decide to have the work done, the service fee will be applied ( meaning they will not be required to pay it). In the event that they do not want work done, they are required to pay the service fee of only $49.00. The customer wanted an estimate on several problems, one was regarding an outside hose faucet, and one was revolving a kitchen sink faucet replacement. We always provide several options for each repair ( which explains why their was more then 1 price on the invoice). The "paying customer" had left the house as soon as we got there, and left a gentlemen in charge of the billing. While we would never pressure a customer into doing business with us, or use any high pressure sales tactics, I would like to share with you why the customer felt we were "in a rush". After the estimate was prepared, the gentlemen in the home could not get the owner on the phone initially to authorize the work. He was told politely , "if you would like for us to do the work...... we would be happy to". Or if you prefer, you can pay the service fee only and we can come back if they decide to use us. We cannot "stand " in someones kitchen for 20 minutes or more while they think about whether they want to proceed with the work or not. Third, we use a flat rate pricing guide for every single job we perform. We also show customers from the guide how we arrived at the estimate, so they can make a decision on wether they want to ........ a) hire us b) not hire us c) think it over In closing , the women voicing the complaint was not there when we closed out the invoice, we would have been more then happy to resolve any concerns she may have had before we left, or not made the repairs. Also the comment was made that she expected to spend $100.00 or less. That is why we provide a written estimate before we do any work."

The company was very good, they did excellent work. They were punctual and very trust worthy. I felt like I could leave them in my house and I could go shop. That is how good I feel about them. Nothing bad to say about them.

They are wonderful. I have been using them for 10 years. I was really pleased with them since day 1 and I continue to use them. They are available 24/7. They came out for a pipe on a holiday. Their expertise keeps me using them and you don't even know they had been here. They are very professional, polite, and efficient. You couldn't ask for more. They are less than others.

I called the office and was able to schedule an appointment for a day I was going to be working from home. They gave me a timeframe and a price for the visit. The two-man team arrived as expected. They were polite and professional. They quickly assesed the problem, did a minor repair and taught me how I could deal with this type of minor maintenance in the future on my own. They also answered questions I had about turning off the water at the valve when the washing machine was not in use. Great experience.

We had a problem with the toilet and they came and they did a very good job. They did everything that they were supposed to do. They came when they said they would, they investigated as far as they needed to. They went into the core space in the basement, identified the issue and fixed it. I will use them in the future.

I wasn't real happy with the service. He wasn't an easy guy to deal with. I didn't really trust that he was giving me an honest answer about what needed to be done but it was an emergency. I had to have it re-fixed because it is leaking. I called them and they said they would come back out but I opted to have someone else.

I had several episodes of the sewer backing up into my basement. Roto Rooter would clean it out and it would reoccur. Roto Rooter told me that the main sewer pipe was broken and that the lawn and sidewalk would have to be excavated to install a completely new pipe. In addition, I was told that I would then have to hire someone else to restore the cement and landscape work.
In the beginning of the week, I called Precision Plus to come at the end of the week to advise me. At the appointed time and date, Derrick Jackson came, fully equipped to investigate the problem and provide me with an estimate. He fed a camera into the sewer line and informed me that indeed the pipe was damaged but that it was within the basement and no outside excavation was necessary. He showed me the image from the camera and clearly explained the problem and the remedy that he would employ. He patiently and precisely answered my many questions. He offered to do the job and gave me a deduction for the $300 charge to use the camera. On the scheduled day, he arrived, on time. The work was completed to my complete satisfaction and any holes made during the repair were filled in before he left. At all times his manner and deportment was professional.
While the cost was more than I presumed the job would be, I accepted it because I felt that I would get a professional job from a reliable company. I was right. I was assured that should any problem arise from the repair, Derrik would arrive, without delay, and set the matter right. I would, without reservation, recommend Precision Plus and Derrick Jackson to anyone in need of plumbing/sewer work.

The good: I called and someone was here in less than 20 minutes, even though it wasn't an emergency. The plumber was very nice, polite, etc.
The OK: He looked at the malfunctioning toilet, our other toilets, and determined our drains weren't backed up. After comparing the toilets he told me the jet in the bad toilet (the hole in the front that pushes water out, not the main drain hole wasn't pushing water, so the toilet didn't have enough force/momentum to drain.
The bad: He didn't seem to know why the jet wasn't working, even though the rather obvious answer was that it could be clogged. He said it wasn't possible to stick something in the jet to unclog it, and said we probably needed to replace the toilet. The toilet is only 5 years old. He said he could pull the toilet up and look at it (for $315), but that probably wouldn't help. He priced out new toilets to the tune of $600-$1300. I said I would think about it. He left, after charging $49 for the visit.
After he left, I Googled "unclog toilet jet". Following the advice of about 50 sites, I took a coat hanger and poked it into the jet hole. It turned out to be clogged with mineral deposits. I poked at it for about two minutes, knocked out a lot of deposits, flushed, and...voila, the toilet worked like new.
So, A plus for showing up immediately and correctly diagnosing the issue. F for not only failing to make the most basic attempt to solve it, but for recommending a solution that was expensive, wasteful, and utterly unnecessary. That averages into a C overall.

He did a drain cleaning and the toilet unclogged. It clogged again the next day and he uprooted the toilet and took the cell phone out. I liked him and he did a good job.

I called for a clogged toilet. They came out a little later than expected but they did call and say they were running late. They did a full inspection of my plumbing since I was a first time customer. During the inspection they found a corroded shut off valve that once was touched would not stop leaking. Therefore, I ended up paying for the clogged toilet to be fixed and a few new shut off valves. Although I was not expecting to pay this much they were very professional, quick and did a good job. I would use them again.

No muss, no fuss, no chaos. When scheduling a service call the technicians come at the latest with in a day or 2. The young people that they hire are clean, curious, respectful, and processional. You have no worries when they come into your home.
