Gary and team were were detailed and professional. We have 100-year old stone home, so a few unexpected things came up during the project pushing out the completion and an increase in price, but all within reason and all thoroughly explained throughout the process.

Working with Legacy Construction was a phenomenal experience. They were able to provide me an estimate based on photos of the problem areas, and got me onto their schedule quickly. When the crew came out, they were extremely professional, courteous, and did an all around excellent job. While they were on site, I asked if they could hang some shelves in a tricky spot, and they were able to accommodate with a very slight change to the work order. All aspects of the work turned out beautifully. They even called the next day to ensure we were completely satisfied with the completed project, and that the exterior door had no additional problems sticking or latching. They will be first on my list to call when I need more work done, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my neighbors.

Legacy was competivly priced. Very professional in all aspects of business. They worked on my my dads house to get it on the market. They removed all carpets, painted and did some minor carpentry. With their professionalism and quality of work I will look to hire them again for some work to be done at my own house.

Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
We have a small sink in the island of our kitchen that was falling. We hired Legacy to reattach it to the granite. Initially it was hard getting our schedules in line but I'm glad I persisted. Gary did an amazing job. He came up with a unique idea that reattached the sink without having to drill into our granite. He was quick, very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend calling them. I know I will be calling him again.

Our experience with this company has been excellent. It was a very complicated project, because the house is almost 100 years old. Gary and his crew are true professionals. They diagnosed everything that needed to be done. He discussed everything with us, and provided updates throughout the whole project. We felt very involved in every step, and we highly recommend Legacy Construction.

Great. Gary and his team were responsive and did great quality work. We had a lot of issues bit they explained everything and did the work as requested/needed. They were very through, making sure the area was properly dried/cleaned and they understood what we wanted.

Gary and Justin were a pleasure to work with. Justin was responsive from my very first inquiry and Gary followed up to answer all of my questions. They were able to provide a pre-estimate before coming to do the in person estimate at my home. Not only were they able to give me the estimate on the spot, they were able to complete the work the same day. I wasn't here to catch the other gentleman's name that was working with them today, however based on my mother's feedback he was absolutely amazing as well. Great crew! My house was left cleaner than before they came. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Bathroom is beautiful. Due to unexpected circumstance the company was short staffed which impacted on prompt arrivals as scheduled. It is recommended that each job has some level of unexpected work that may be needed once the demolition is on its way,and clear communication regarding any change in blling should be discussed, agreed and documented as company gets focused on ensuring all glitches are handled on the spot. Company is very committed to ensure all problems are addressed immediately. They were even willing to come on days that were not normal work days to address unexpected situations . Very responsive to emails and call. Very personable and mindful of organization and cleanliness regarding work space

Gary and his team did an absolutely amazing job with my project. They laid tile throughout my mudroom and laundry room. The project required extensive plumbing once they removed my utility sink and washer and dryer and they quickly handled this additional work without raking me over the coals with a huge change order. We also had extensive water damage to our flooring and they quickly repaired the damage. The project was done on time, on budget and the end result was perfect. I highly recommend Legacy Construction to anyone needing detailed and affordable work done in their house!

There are no negatives to report. The provider arrived on time, completed most of the work, arrived on time the next day to complete the job and clean up. Provider and staff very professional and people oriented. This is my third experience with the provider and each job was done well and I've had no problems.
