+ 0 morethe TV service is HORRIBLE. relies on wireless set top boxes that CONSTANTLY FAIL. Installation guys are entirely incompetent and not really interested in doing anything beyond the bare minimum. I have had to call for "resets" on the cable box so many times i cannot count. and OFTEN, they cannot do reset remotely and it requires a service call. They have wasted SO much of my time that I cannot even calculate it. I HATE HOTWIRE SO MUCH. HATE.

+ -1 moreThe content of their service is less than the big companies because they do not own the on demand like the big companies. Installation was four months later than when they predicted because of the change in the order they installed the homes. Reception is very good.
