I have used them twice now. I may use them a third time for siding. His workmanship is impeccable. He is a really great guy. His quotes may same to be on the high side, but then when I talk to other experienced contractors, they say that is was a fair price. He does not really give an itemized bill. He does write up what it is going to cost you. You more or less ask what it is going to cost you, you shake hands on it, and that is what you pay. I can't really say that he would not give you an itemized bill it you asked for it.
