Ken is a lovely man but highly overpriced for the work he completed for me. He made some rudimentary updates (clear caulking around door and baseboards) and some basic weatherstripping of windows but definitely not worth the cost. I expected a more professional approach, not just basic small fixes.

Ken has superb customer service and was committed to sealing any areas of our home that allowed air to enter from outside. I am already noticing a difference in the inside temperature and our thermostat maintaining a the set temperature, therefore our boiler has stopped continuously running. Ken worked in our house for 8+ hours and didn't leave a trace of his presence, cleaning up as he went along. He also left us with some materials to assist with any future repairs.
