Cable is Comcast.  They haven't been doing very good, they're screwing up my billing.  The physical cable service is fine, the cable installation went really well, they just keep billing me outrageous amounts and can't seem to figure out how to correct there own (inaudible).  I got a bill saying I owe zero dollars 30 days later I get a bill saying I owe $566 and I was behind $266.  We've been spending hours on the phone trying to figure out the mystery.  That occurred maybe Thursday, February 25, 2016.  I had a gentlemen telling me yesterday that they're going to shut it off for the amount that I'm behind on.  I'm like come on people, you're the one creating the problem.  The price is terrible, that's the problem with the bill.  They said they accidentally dropped my promotion off my account, that's why I'm getting such an outrageous bill.  The responsiveness wasn't that good either.  They're definitely professional.

They are not the best, but they are okay. I have been using them for at least ten years. I have premium channels like HBO and some promotions. I never had outages. Honestly, I never do have problems with them. They are really good. They have a promotion package going on right now and it is a good deal. If you call them for customer service, they just suck. You get a guy to come out like we got a box from them and it did not work right. We called a guy out and it was a mess. We were not really happy with their customer service. When I talked to them on the phone, they were good. Personally and honestly, a hundred-and-fifty dollars for TV, I do not want to be paying for TV.  My wife likes to watch HBO and she likes that. Me, personally, it is too much money. I think it is ridiculous, but I understand. Me, personally, I think I am being ripped off, but everybody tells me I am getting good price. The quality is good. They did arrive and were punctual when they came out.

They were very good. They were cordial and they told me exactly what happened and how they are going to fix it. And then they went on and they were very clean.

I called the Comcast business customers service a lot of times to ask them why my phone still did not working. They usually did not know what happened, they were checking the issues forever, but my phone still did not worked correctly.

They are horrible. My bill is so high and they have crappy service. The product is better than it used to be. It is not worth the money. I would like to have another option. They are horrible. The bill is confusing. I have a intermediate package.  I feel like they could do so much better. They do all this bundling. They have not contacted me at all to say the year is up and how would I like to proceed. I would like to streamline it. I dread calling them as getting someone on the phone is very difficult. What one person tells you does not mean it is accurate. Another person will tell you something different. It is like dealing with a bunch of idiots. I don't get accurate information. It is run in a very bad way. I know how to go for efficiency as I used to be a manager. They hold you hostage.

The price was a little high. I don't really have an issue with the services. Usually, the quality of the service is good unless there is a problem.

I have been using their services for at least five years. I called them because they were offering promotional packages. They told me because I was already a customer that I could not take advantage of it but they had another package that I have that ended up costing me $40 more each month. If I could, I would go somewhere else for my service.
