The facility is clean and everyone I had contact with was very helpful and pleasant. They even gave me a ride to the car rental place (although it's easily walkable). All the work was done on time and flawlessly, except that the paint touch-ups could have been a little better. Had I mentioned it or if I took the car back, they could probably go over it again.
I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Dave Borges, the owner/manager quoted a price that was about 40% lower than 2 other shops. He could take the car within a few days, not weeks. He was able to reuse the fender and mirror that others immediately wanted to replace. The pick up was delayed by a half-day for which he was apologetic. The work was done perfectly and the car was completely cleaned when I picked it up. I noted that many of the other cars in the shop and awaiting service were BMW's and other expensive autos. I would certainly use Century again and clearly would recommend the shop.

I had used Century about 3 years ago and was very happy. So, this time I went there after receiving the appraisal from my insurance company. This was Thurs., 3/17. After looking at the car and the appraisal, they told me that it was a 2 day job, and that they could do it on Monday. I dropped the car off on Monday, 3/21, and the car was finished the next morning at 11. I knew that the bumper replacement was not going to be a difficult job. However, the paint color is a pearlized white. They matched the color perfectly and touched up a couple of places with the remaining paint. Although my car is not a German luxury car, the insurance appraiser told me that Century is one of the best shops for Mercedes and BMW body/paint work.

The quality of their work was good. They were professional while they were working. I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future. They were courteous and kind.
