He gave an estimate and I felt good about the pricing. He told me he would write a contract, then he never got back to me about the contract. When I called him, he was on a cruise.

Things went very well! They were very sensitive to our time schedule and got everything done before our guests arrived. They came when they were scheduled and said did a beautiful job. The people at this company are genuinely nice people who were very professional from the beginning to the end.
