+ -1 morePETER IS PROFESSIONAL, ENTHUSIASTIC, ON TIME, WORKED EFFICIENTLY BUT THOROUGHLY AND IS COMPARABLY PRICED. HE SPECIALIZES IN FREE-STANDING HOMES, BUT WAS ATTENTIVE TO APARTMENT DETAILS IN MY UNIT.
Description of Work: THOROUGH HOME INSPECTION OF A CONDO UNIT, FOLLOWED BY A WRITTEN REPORT AND CD OF PHOTOS FROM THE APARTMENT. I ASKED FOR A RADON TEST WHICH PETER SUGGESTED WASN'T NECESSARY, GIVEN I LIVE ON THE 9TH FLOOR. I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY, EVEN THOUGH I WENT AHEAD WITH THE TEST FOR ANOTHER $145 (WHICH, NOT SURPRISINGLY, WAS NEGATIVE).
