I thought I was paying $150 for a tree treatment, when I get the bill it’s over $600. It took three phone calls to get a hold of the supervisor, he was not only inflexible in trying to remedy the situation but outright rude. The proposals were not in a common format but incrementalized. Hence easily misunderstood. unless you want to spend thousands and thousands of dollars, DO NOT CALL THEM! Because it’s taking so long to try and do something about this issue, they have now forwarded my case to collections. My credit score is 812, I’m freaking out. BEWARE!
