Over the past year I've worked with AiCos to come up with a comprehensive security system for a commercial building I own. We've used them for everything from building access/entry systems to CCTV systems all integrating into our computer network (which they upgraded as well). At every step of the way they have been professional, courteous, prompt and accomodating. When portions of the job were deemed to interfere with work, they completed them during off hours. Training on the new systems and follow up questions were handled quickly and efficiently (again, even during off hours). While this job was for a commercial property, I'm confident that the homeowners they service for residential applications will find the same type of service we did. I recommend them without hesitation as they seem to be one of those rare companies that deliver exceptional service. When I'm ready to upgrade my home security system or when my wife gives me the green light to install a home theater, AiCos will be who I call.
