Only contact from them is at renewal time. Then they offer to do an inspection. When I had a problem, I had to have a lawyer get involved to have them check out the problem. After the service call they said that they were not responsible for or to correct the pest problem as it seemed to be coming from the back of the building and they did not treat that portion of the building.

This company regularly calls to set up my quarterly and annual appointments but 9X out of 10 cancels or simply doesn't show up. Several times I had taken off from work to accommodate their schedule and each time had no one show up and only once call to let me know they wouldn't be able to make it. I am discouraged. I will not hire them again and would not recommend them to a friend.

The person who treated my house was polite, but appeared to be hung-over or simply exhausted. He banged his drills and other equipment on my furniture and left muddy footprints all over my ground floor and basement. This company is very good at returning your call, however.

I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A PROFESSIONAL RECEPTIONIST. THEY SENT SOMEONE WITHIN AN HOUR. THE SERVICE PERSON SEEMED HONEST, EXPLAINED THE ANTS WOULD NOT DAMAGE MY PROPERTY, BUT COULD BE ELIMINATED AS A PEST IF I WISHED. I APPRECIATED THEIR HONESTY.
