Not bad - but not great. Demo went fairly quickly but installation of new shrubs didn't seem to follow any pattern (parallel to perimeter of deck, for example). 'Shrubs' planted in front of the house look more like weeds - I probably will replace with something having more curb appeal.
Communication with this provider is very painful. They rarely return calls or e-mails and - when they do - my inquiries were passed down the line and back taking several days for a reply, On one occasion I sent an e-mail asking for a quote on some clean-up work I needed - the reply was "I'll send an estimate tomorrow." They never explained how they could complete an estimate without know the scope of work involved!
Last Friday I called to inquire about an estimate for lawn repair - the 'receptionist' said she would have someone call me this week. I sent an e-mail this morning asking when I could expect a response. Their office called this afternoon and told my wife they were unable to take on any new projects as they had lost many crewmembers and had to focus on their contract lawn mowing customers.
