They always do a good job. They are a little pricey. I have had my dog there for years and they have always been good to me. They are really friendly, nice and helpful.

I was cat-sitting for my sister and brother-in-law.  The cat, Simba, was very old and sick, and sadly, was very ill the morning I checked on him.  As my sister and brother-in-law do not have a vet close by, we called Bakerstown Animal Hospital so see if I could get Simba in quickly.  I arrived approximately 15 minutes after having spoke with them.  There was a room ready and Simba was seen almost immediately.  The staff was professional and extremely caring.  One of the assistants picked up Simba and held him close petting him and talking to him.  This was a cat that had never been to this facility for any reason, and they treated him as though they've known him for years.  They attempted to get a blood sample and had to try many different ways.  The assistant was very gentle and careful to not hurt Simba.  After a few tests had been done, Dr. Kessler agreed to speak by phone to my brother-in-law so he could make any necessary medical decisions.  She gave him all his options and was very caring.  After he made the difficult decision to euthanize Simba, Dr. Kessler walked me through the process.  She asked if I'd like to be a witness, and I said I would.  As Simba was taking his last breath, she was petting him and talking to him.  I was extremely emotional and Dr. Kessler was just as caring to me!  As I was leaving, the front desk staff was polite and caring as well.  Both young ladies were sympathetic and expressed their sadness for what had just happened.
The facility was very clean as well!
I'm not a pet-owner, so I don't have any idea if the price of the visit is good or not.  But I was very pleased with the responsiveness and the professionalism of Dr. Kessler and the staff at Bakerstown Animal Hospital.  They were caring to me and most importantly to Simba.  I was very pleased (as pleased as I can be under the circumstances) with the facility.

The staff is very friendly and they have always been very kind and inviting. The doctors themselves are good as well. They were all very friendly and they did seem to care about my dogs. They would spend time with us if we had questions and answered any questions we had. However, I think that they are expensive. We also got a little bit of a runaround with them based on one of our dog's issues that she had that there wasn't almost like enough knowledge of what was going on with her. We probably wouldn't use them again because they made us come back every six months for a checkup and for blood work. We have had friends that have had the same type of an issue and their vets had said that it's not necessary to have blood work every six months. Therefore, I feel that maybe they have had some services that were unnecessary.

Incredibly reasonable. The people there they really are caring. The more I think of it they kept my dogs healthy and good and safe and everything.

All of our visits to BAH have been positive. Dr. Reed and staff are excellent, caring and professional.
The vet techs are knowledgeable, kind and professional.
We wouldn't trust our animals with anyone else.

We like them. They are expensive. We've gone there for years. They are very professional and everyone is very good. We've never had any problems scheduling appointments.

Prompt service, very professional. The dogs seem quite happy to go there. Not the cheapest but I guess you get what you pay for.

Bakerstown Animal Hospital is very clean and they get you in on time. The staff is very friendly and they really try to accommodate you and your pet. My veterinarian took the conservative approach in that we will watch my cat for now and do something about the bladder stones if it becomes necessary.
