We were very much pleased with the ENTIRE experience of having our deck power washed, repaired and stained. From the thoroughness of the estimate to the prompt scheduling of the various stages of the job, we were impressed how well the two of them who worked on the project were able to satisfy all three of us--the consumers. We were so satisfied that we have already made arrangements with him to do our next home project--the replacing the shutters on the house!

Todd came out promptly to provide an estimate. The electronic process to accept the offer and place the down payment for work to begin was seamless! His work is impeccable and he called me at every step to update me on work being done and on the timeline for completion. This deck cleaning, repair, staining job was done at my dad's house while I was at work. It is beautiful! I trust Todd with my dad without question, and I trust very few! Dad absolutely loves his new deck! Thanks Todd. I will be keeping you very busy in the future!

"I have no idea why this homeowner gave such a poor review. Everything that was described in the estimate I followed to the ?T?. I also contacted this homeowner and tried to resolve any unknown problem with the job. Very frustrating to get a bad review when no one contacted me about an issue they might have had. I never received an email, text message or a phone call in regards to any complaints. I did reach out to this homeowner to try to remedy any problem they might have had. I have not been in contact with the customer, they have not reached out to me in any way or returned my phone calls. I cannot stress enough that we do our best to satisfy all of our customers. We have countless customer reviews that are five stars. We take great pride in our work!"

I was thrilled with the outcome!The tinted stain on the deck and pergola was such a rich color and made for great curb appeal. Everything was completed as agreed upon, AND, Todd cleaned my gutters as well! Thanks to them I feel very satisfied and ready for winter. GREAT JOB guys! Todd and Kim are absolutely the BEST!! Their work is meticulous and they are very quick and efficient.. it was such a pleasure to have them at my home. I was sorry to see them finish up and leave.....they were that awesome! Todd was very responsive to my calls and questions, they are both very kind, caring and patient people. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I am completely thrilled with the job they did on my deck, picnic table and bench, (all were looking sad and worn), everything looks new again! Our deck is about 5 years old and looking pretty bad. Mr. Vessel power washed it and then stained it with a paint brush by hand. It looks awesome. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. I would recommend Mr. Vessel for any work you may need.

Can't say enough about Todd. Very professional, friendly, responsive, and the deck looks fantastic. He and his partner know what they are doing, care about quality, and provide it at a fair price when compared to other contractors. He went out of his way to get the job done quickly at our request and didn't charge too much when we asked for a small carpentry fix. He added new hinges on our gate for a professional finish. Great job! Reliable and honest...we will work with him again when we can.
