Unprofessional attitude paired with poor customer service. Does not communicate well. Billing process lacks sophistication.

I contacted Tom in the fall to remove snow from my driveway. He is very polite and was always able to clear my driveway when needed and at the times I needed it done. I plan to continue using his services next year and have already recommended him to my neighbors and coworkers.
