He arrived exactly the time stated. The first day he cut and installed the tile. All cutting was done outside. The second day he installed the grout. he was very neat and cleaned up when he was done. His estimate was considerably lower than the other ones I received. I will use him again!

Arnie came out the day after I called to give me an estimate. He was friendly and responsive. He had references and seemed to be reasonable. I gave him the job and he began the work the following week. He cleaned up after himself daily and the whole process went smoothly.
