I recently had a leak inside my living wall. I used Newarnick Construction to make the repairs. They did a great job replacing the drywall and painting. You can't even tell there was a problem. I also had them re-grout my bathroom floor caused by another leak and the work was completed timely and met my expectations. I had some work done in my garage. The walls were crumbling where the water/salt splashes. Walls were repaired, primed and painted. Great job! The team is always on time, dependable and clean up. I highly recommend them.

Construction for a bathroom remodel. Their workmanship is poor, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We converted a tub to a shower and have unlevel tile throughout the entire shower. There is lippage on almost every tile. When we contacted Newarnick to address these issues, Tom told us that the issues were due to wall framing. However, after getting a second opinion and reviewing progress photos we took throughout the process, we discovered Tom and his crew did not replace nor prep the walls around the tub to properly support the new tile. Tom and his crew had to come back to fix other issues we had as well such as grout cracking on the floors. It seems that Newarnick Construction cut corners during our remodel, did not do the required prep work, and left us with an unappealing finished product. I do not recommend!

"We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your new bathroom. Newarnick construction takes pride in their work. The Schluter shower system was installed according to the manufacturers specifications, using unmodified thin-set mortar over drywall 16" on center. The mosaic style tile was 1/4" thick and wall tile 3/8". So, there was a small lip at the transition of the two different styles that we tried to disguise with grout."

Tom responded to my inquiry almost immediately and was at my home to evaluate my roof leak within 4 hours. Leak was repaired immediately. I would expect to use them for future projects.

I have used Newarnick for several home improvement jobs and all were completed timely and they do quality work. And, they clean up after themselves. They stay until the job is finished. Definitely recommend this company.
