 + -1 moreKEN WAS VERY POLITE AND DID EXCELLENT WORK. HIS RESPONSIVENESS/PUNCTUALITY WAS MARKED DOWN BECAUSE HE MISSED ONE APPOINTMENT AND HAD TO RESCHEDULE ANOTHER ONE DUE TO EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES.
Description of Work: OUR APARTMENT BATHROOM ROOF WAS COMING DOWN BECAUSE OF A LEAK IN THE UPPER APARTMENTS. HE STOPPED THE LEAK, REPLACED OUR CEILING, RE-PAINTED, AND REPLACED OUR SINK/VANITY. THERE WAS NO COST TO US BECAUSE IT WAS HANDLED THROUGH OUR LANDLORD. BUT WE ARE NOW CONTACTING HIM TO DO A JOB ON OUR NEW HOUSE BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD.
