Description of Work: The contractor (Wayne Powell) and his assistant replaced about 30 windows and a few doors in an historic stone house. Owner had purchased the windows (Pella) from Lowes. The contractor removed old windows and installed new one with appropriate finish molding. The owner had used this contractor for other renovation work in previous years.

 + -1 moreExcellent overall result. Work was done under budget and on-time. The architect's plan was followed and quality was high. As a general contractor, Wayne provided on-site guidance. I've used this builder for 3 smaller projects since the major job.
Description of Work: Wayne Powell served as general contractor and carpenter for major structural renovation of a 200 year-old stone house. This included structural reinforcement, bathroom installation, roofing, plumbing, electrical, masonry, painting, plaster, and a major addition.
