Do NOT hire Quantum Enviromental Enterprises they are not professionals! They will not guarantee their work and look for ways to up charge and add fees. Save yourself money by NOT working with them, they will rip you off from the B.S. on the phone to the service at the job site.

This is the second time we've used Quantum as they came highly recommended. Both times were excellent. They are extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of sewer systems builds and replacements among other related services. Same day service was incredible and speedy. The previous repair work was performed to spec and held us off from a replacement for some time. Eventually we needed a new system and Quantum was very generous to take this into account when figuring our new replacement cost. Other visual inspections of the house and suggestions were noted by Quantum as well and greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate for a moment in recommending Quantum Environmental for any service they perform !

Easily contacted, set up the appointment by text.  He showed up as promised, did the job, performed a complimentary inspection of the septic system and found no problems.  Price as promised, schedule as promised, no surprises, no problems.  All tradesmen should aspire to Quantum's level of performance.

Mr. Kristman has a video camera which allows him to inspect the septic tank and distribution box.  
He let me know that my system is in good shape for now (thankfully.  He had some good advice about the frequency of service for the septic, and reminded me that an ounce of service prefention/maintenence is preferable to a full replacement of a new septic system.  He seemed knowledgable, and honored a 10% discount for Angie's List members.
My service call was not an emergency, and it took about 7 - 10 days to get the service call scheduled during  a very busy time of year.  
I am very satisfied.

Charlie is very professional, cares about his customers and doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need.  Charlie first came to do an inspection prior to the sale of our home.  He found two areas that needed repair.  He showed us exactly where the problem was, explained the process and what needed to be done.  We feel very educated about septic systems! :) We hired Charlie to do the repairs which were done quickly and on time.  Charlie understood how important timing was for us to continue moving the process of selling our home forward. We would not hesitate to hire Charlie or recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

Charlie came out and took care of the pump problem first which was on the verge of becoming an emergency.  After looking over the situation, we arranged for him to come back out and seal the tank.  At that point he also noticed on the settling tank that a portion of the tank was beginning to fail and rebuilt that portion of the tank and installed a manual filter to help preserve the life of the effluent pump.  
I appreciated him looking at the entire system and making suggestions that would both help make it last as well as improve it's performance and efficiency.

Quantum had replaced the outside grinder pump last July. When we returned from vacation on April 6, the pump began alarming. I called Charlie the next day and he spent about 15 minutes with me on the phone, helping me troubleshoot the problem. I learned better maintenance techniques to keep the grinder pump working so that this would not happen again. He told me he would be happy to come by for free to check out the system if I needed it. Well, sure enough, the system was working, but I could not figure out how to to set the system up to pump automatically again. Charlie stopped by and showed us what to do free of charge, just like he promised. I highly recommend Quantum for any septic issues because there is a very personal touch to the way they do business and they work with you to keep the pricing fair and in this case, free!

True professionals, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. Completed all the necessary work on time and even did some of the minor additional work that came-up at no additional charge.
Even though they offer a full range of services - including... Environmental and Water management services... there were no high pressure tactics or trying to up-sell you on something you don't need... 
You will be happy you engaged them... (and I know this from having called several companies for comparative quotes and the nature of their interactions....)

I was in a desperate situation Memorial Day weekend when my outside grinder sump pump failed & waste was seeping out into my yard. I called several companies and Quantum was the only one that could come out the same day. Charlie was very personable & explained everything in detail. He even had the AquaFlo salesman come out to verify what pump & electrical panel I needed. The work was completed the next day and I am very satisfied.
