Green Granite

The product is beautiful and the owner, Jason Green, is great. Installation, however, was rocky due to some unforeseen delays at another site. Jason offered to reschedule, but our old sink was already out and we didn't want to wait longer. To their credit, the installers still came out, even though it was very late. There were a few items that they forgot to give us for the sink, but Jason came out and delivered them. Installation issues were probably just a fluke; I think the installers were rushing at that point. I love my new counters, and I would use Green Granite again. I have 46 sq. feet of granite and I took advantage of his deal. I would have spent more for laminate!

Jason was nice and easy to deal with, but we ended up using another company to do the work.

We called Jason and he came the next and did a laser template bringing samples with him. The finished product was promised for 2 weeks later and it was 3 days early!! The crew, headed by Andrew, was courteous and professional. They were right on time, they were neat and asked for our opinion as they worked throughout the job. We will use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to install granite. Thanks, Jason...for making this so easy. You were so much better than the BIG stores in every way.

Jason took the time to answer the many questions we asked him.  He gave us a lot of personal attention and showed us that he really cared about the project and making sure it was perfect for us.  He's really knowledgeable and can help solve design problems or come up with nice design options (when we looked into that with other companies, they charge a lot of extra money for design).  Jason showed a great attention to detail - he showed us how the grain would run, where a seam would be needed and how it would be matched up, as well as how to design to avoid seams altogether whenever possible. He created a digital template of our counters and emailed us a pdf file with our free quote and design options.  He made everything really clear and easy for us.  He also worked with our schedule - he came out to our house in the evening for the consultation and scheduled our installation for a weekend.  The Green Granite installation team was great too.  They were very polite, and clearly knew everything about installing granite countertops.  They completed the installation, cleaned up really nicely, asked us if we had any questions, took a few pictures, and our beautiful kitchen was ready for us to enjoy it.  I know it's small, but Jason even gave us a bottle of wine as a thank you gift (I don't know if he does that for everyone, but it was a nice gesture).  I've heard horror stories about kitchen upgrades, but luckily, we had a great experience.  We highly recommend Green Granite!

It was very good! I was looking online for granite countertops and Jason was the only one who called me back and actually answered questions for me. He didn’t try rushing me into anything. He was very punctual. He was also very easy to work with.
