The intake of the dogs is orderly and professional. The individual asks for the feeding requirements and takes request for exercise, weather permitting. Also, I was able to request grooming services at the last minute that the business was able to accomodate in spite of the busy holiday grooming schedule. The dogs are in good condition when we pick them up and appear to be well treated. Since this wasn't the first time for the dogs at this boarding facility, the dogs go willingly into the back area (so no bad experiences). The boarding place provides bedding for the dogs that is washed daily. In addition, water is available to the dogs too. Finally, the business started accepting credit cards. You just have to remind them that you want to add the tip before the amount is entered into the machine (or tip needs to be provided in cash). The only issue we have had is communicating the reservation dates. It appears that the requests aren't always communicated effectively but the business has always accomodated our dates (so in the end there has been no problems). Overall, we have been satisfied with the services provided for the price.

I made reservations aproximately 10 days before I dropped of my dog. The arrangements were to include boarding and grooming of my dog while I was out of town. This place was recommended by friends that have used the company for years. While I was away, I contacted the kennel daily making sure that there weren't any problems, this was the first my dog had ever been boarded anywhere.
Everything was fine when I phoned. On the day of my return I called and let them know that I would be in to pick up my dog around 4-5 that afternoon. This way they could plan his grooming to be through when I arrived.. When I arriveded, he wasn't groomed and they wanted to reschedule for another day. They said they had 27 appointments the previous day and were really busyand weren't able to fit him in. I questioned their ability to provided the care my dog required since they were that busy, and told them that they would never watch or groom my dog. Had they explained over the phone that they were unable to have him groomed when I arrived, it might have been different, or if they had offered a discount. I felt they were not very professional in the way the situation was handled.
