BA Electric

We hired BA Electric to fix two issues at our house. One was to replace the florescent tubes in the garage. We couldn't do it because we did not have a tall enough ladder. They completed this job fine, but it cost $331.73 which seems excessive for replacing two florescent lights. The electrician then returned to fix an overhead light inside that would fluctuate from being bright to dim without us changing anything. He said he had fixed it. I could not tell at the time because in the daytime, it's not obvious what the light is doing. He did not explain what he had done. That evening we put on the light and there was no change. It still would be bright for a few minutes, then become dim, then become bright again. It made it so we could not use the light for reading. I called the company and asked them to send the electrician to try again to fix the light. I offered to pay for any materials needed but not the electrician's time as he had not fixed it the first time. They refused. The cost of them not fixing the light was $254.73. I would never use BA Electric again.

Bert was very polite and professional when I contacted him. He worked around my work schedule and showed up on time. He came prepared with all tools needed and was also fixed some older wiring issues from the previous owners. The work was done quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend the services of BA Electric. We've already discussed my next room renovations too.
