First of all, the people were very nice. Second, most realtors in the area work part time at it, and therefore have to work around their other job when showing and doing other realtor activities. The gentleman I dealt with did some house looking for us, but I did most of the research and contacted him about houses I wanted to see. He was able to get us into homes to see in a timely manner. We decided to put an offer in on a house. At the inspection, there were problems. Negotiations broke down and we broke the contract with the seller. The realtor did not contact us about any homes coming on the market after that. Since there was never a contract signed for his services, we looked on our own and now have purchased a home. We are used to a realtor that is more aggressive and wants that commission; haven't found one here yet.
