We paid $4600 in advance. He did not do certain things that were on the contract, which we had already paid for. After the job was completed, two of the shingles fell off. All of the roofing nails went through the beams on the ceiling of my porch. The coding inspector came out and got involved. He found that the company had broken the code because they put a third layer of shingles on the roof, when the max is two layers. A detective had to get involved and threatened that he would take him to jail for breach of contract. He is now reshingling the roof, but I'm not sure that he's even completing the fix correctly. He is dishonest; he had excuses for everything and was hard to get in touch with.
