Ok. Took dramatically less time to perform - less 2 hours, originally quoted 1 day. Requested to look at gas-fired fireplace, but did not do so.

Went very well, I spoke with Ryan and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was putting my house up for sale and had a list of things that needed to get done based on the inspection report. I was working with a very limited window of time and they were able to accommodate me only a couple days after speaking with them. They went down the inspection report list and fixed or updated everything that needed to be completed. Very professional company I look forward to hiring them again for future projects.

I have to so, it was quick and easy. James, thank you so much for getting our fireplace up and running. We were scared to use it, since it kind of looks grungy, but luckily having you as a professional stop to ensure that everything checks out, gives us peace of mind. I called this morning because my ac stopped working in the middle of a heat wave ryan was at my house by 2pm all fixed and running great. i have used them in the past as well. They are super nice highly qualified professionals who did not rip us off. In the past they have done plumbing for me and replaced a bustard hot water heater . They are great i wouldn't use anyone else it's hard to find trustworthy companies these days.

The installation was scheduled in a timely manner and the technician arrived on time to install the gas logs . I purchased the logs online beforehand so the instructions were supplied. No problems came up and we have been using the fireplace throughout the winter months .

James and Ryan were the best HVAC techs we have ever hired. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and willing to go the extra mile.

THE BEST!! We recently moved into a new house and woke up to a cold house and realized that the heater had stopped working. Ryan was able to stop by later that morning and it turned out to quick fix!! He explained the issue and fixed the problem and had the house warm again in no time. He explained how annual servicing of the unit could help catch things like this, so we will definitely have them come back to service the heater and air conditioning before each season. Very happy with their work.

Initially spoke to first partner and was told it would take 5 hours and cost $475. Work was done by second partner who did the work in less 2 hours. I sought his advice on the gas fireplace, hoping he could get it to start, but he did not cooperate to any helpful degree.

Very happy with the prompt reply and scheduling if the installation. I used their service for a gas log tuneup 2 years earlier. When I needed the installation , I called to have them come back and was pleased with all aspects. Would recommend !

The work went quickly and painlessly, I am very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend. They are very reasonable with their pricing considering the top notch service you receive.

Much to my surprise they didn't. Ryan came out, took a look and said no problem I can fix it, but it's a mess. The compressor had ceased, fortunately still under warranty. In addition, there was a capacitor meltdown, burnt wire on Contactor/with loose screws, fan installed upside down, an anti cease lube on shaft (rusty), compressor ceased, and more......IN no time Quality Comfort made all the necessary repairs, and had us up and running again, with no more problems. I can't believe that we were lucky to find QC immediately after a big company had tried to swindle us. We highly recommend QC to anyone who wants dependable, reliable, and honest work. Their prices were fair, we are grateful to have found them. Ryan did a complete evaluation of our system, admittedly there were a few other minor problems he found and fixed, but it's running reliably. He saved us a ton of money, we are so thankful to have found Quality Comfort. IN the future I will always call Quality Comfort.

Absolutely NO response when I've contacted them multiple times by phone and facebook to tell them my a/c is not working. It worked fine for 3 months and now nothing. It is summer and hot. One of the pipes feeding the unit inside my condo is leaking and now I have to pay for something that is covered on warranty because they will not call me back. Very unprofessional and definitely will not hire again.

Quality comfort showed up on-time, did quality work, and they were honest when the actual work ended up being less than the estimate. I'd recommend them.

The technicians were very professional, very clean, and had extremely good equipment. They also arrived on time, did a thorough job, and made sure to clean up after they were done.

Three people came to complete the service and it took about half a day. They did a very nice job. They were very clean and very professional.

Great. The mini-split is fantastic, and has heated the finished porch area even in the cold snaps of late. The hot water heater has been as advertised. They had some real work getting the massive, oil-fired thing out of the basement, and had to cut it apart. But they did it, and came back a few days later to take care of a leaky valve on the day after I called, saying that I had a 2-year warranty from them and they'd be happy to come. The price on the mini-split in particular was really good. These are two younger guys starting out on their own and looking to build a long-term business. They know what they're doing and will give you a great deal and take care of you as customers.

It was very good. I called them and they did it within a week. They scheduled and they came out on time to do the service. There were no additional fees. They were punctual. They had a good price for the water heater. It was a pretty good price.

 I decided it was time to add A/C to my home to beat the heat, and chose to go with some mini split A/C units because I had heard they would be an efficient affordable option. I put the job out for quotes, the first two I sent to contractors I had worked with in the past both for construction and HVAC and a friend recommended Quality Comfort so I asked them to quote it as well. Quality Comfort came back with the best number, and of all the quotes they seemed to best understand the capacity of the unit we needed in the house. They were also able to begin work the following week, so we were very excited to offer them the business.

That weekend and as it happens our water heater gave out, and we were worried about coordinating another contractor to come out early the next week to fix it thinking we would be charged extra for an emergency job. We called Quality Comfort the morning they were on their way to start working and they told, "we can take care of that no problem!" By that night the A/C was nearly finished being installed and the new hot water heater was already in and good to go. Amazing!

They came by the following day to finish the A/C install which went great, there was a software error that needed to be called in and worked over the phone (the call center was on a major time difference though) so they returned the following day to take care of it. We could not be happier with the work they did!
