I would give it an A. It's great, clean. It's exactly what they say it's going to be and it's not pretentious. It's not expensive. There's a lot of young kids working there, but you get what you pay for. They're perfectly friendly, but it is summer jobs in college. I'm definitely going to continue my membership with them.

When we attended the session today, we were given sheets of paper with certain exercise machines circled and told that we could come back again during some of the Monday-Friday classes to be walked through the equipment and settings. This would have required another trip or two (or more) before we had full-body workouts we could do at the gym. Meanwhile, we are paying monthly dues for something we can't use. This just was not what was advertised or explained to us when we signed up. One person at the desk tried to say that it was a misunderstanding in the way things were worded by the person who signed us up and another person at the desk did acknowledge that they 'used to have that policy' of having to get your program designed before being allowed to use their equipment! They are not consistent in their understanding of the restrictions they are placing on the membership.

We canceled our memberships and are hoping that it doesn't turn into a bigger hassle to get the automatic credit card billing stopped.

Granted, their membership fees are very nominal (if you can actually use their equipment), but we were very disappointed that there are so many hurdles placed in the way of getting started with a workout that's safe.
